We have a bunch of high protein snacks and drinks you can purchase before practice after school beginning today in the training room if you need a boost to get you through practice each day. Sharon will be there selling a few minutes when the bell rings. All items are priced at $1, $2, or $3 so this will be an inexpensive way for you to fuel up for practice. Items you can purchase include Protein Shakes, Gatorade, Gatorade Bars, Granola Bars, Greek Yogurt Cups, Fruit Cups, Trail mix bags, Applesauce pouches, PB and Honey Pouches, Meat/Cheese sticks, and WhizzFizz with water.

Sandy Creek art students are competing at the Hastings College Mural Competition today! They are given a surprise theme and must work together to create a 3'x5' painting in just 4 hours.
Hands-on math in action! 8th graders teamed up to explore angle relationships by building parallel lines and transversals and identifying angle relationships with blocks and tackling a card sort activity.
FBLA is sponsoring a Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, October 21 from 11 am - 5 pm at Sandy Creek in the Elementary Gym. If anyone is interested in donating you can go to Red Cross Blood Drives

6th grade STEM students put their engineering skills to the test by designing and building custom lifting devices and rescue carriers! The challenge: build a student-designed crank strong enough to safely lift "3 men and a baby" from the floor to desk height. We are happy to report a 100% survival rate for all passengers!

Middle school robotics students are wrapping up their engineering unit with hands-on robot testing! To evaluate their designs and refine their builds, students put their prototypes to the test with maneuverability challenges—stacking cubes and cones over a wall to determine what tweaks and adjustments their robots need next.
The Marching Band has been working hard preparing for the 2026 Harvest of Harmony Parade on Saturday, October 3rd. Come out and support our Sandy Creek students and enjoy the one of the best parades in this part of the country!
