Sandy Creek offers healthy meals every day for your children!
Check out Nebraska’s Summer Food Service Program. The USDA’s Summer Food Service Program provides no-cost meals to children ages 1- 18 years at approved locations across the state. To find information about summer meals sites near you, visit the SFSP Site Finder.
*Please note: The Nebraska SFSP sites will be available in the Summer Meals Site Finder after the NDE approves site locations, which will be on approximately May 25, 2025. Children may also qualify for free/reduced lunches. If your child(ren) qualified for free or reduced-price meals at the end of last school year, you must submit a new application for this school year in order to avoid an interruption in meal benefits. And, as a reminder, these forms can be submitted at any time throughout the school year should your income change.
You only need to fill out one form per family (not per child). All application forms are confidential, and should be returned to:
